The Festival de la chanson de Tadoussac continues its tradition of showcasing well-known names and talents to be discovered, with its 39th edition, which takes place from June 15 to 18.

The event presented by Quebecor takes place on a dozen stages, some of which are set up on a beach and a rock, the beauty of the landscape and nature being an integral part of the festival.

The Boulay sisters

Mélanie and Stéphanie from the group Les Soeurs Boulay will be on the Quebecor stage, located at the Sainte-Croix church, on Thursday, June 15, at 7 p.m. The two artists, festival regulars, will thrill the public with their latest material, taken from the album escape the nightlaunched last November.

Lysander

Singer-songwriter and actress Lysandre continues her journey with pieces from her opus Without forgetting, unveiled last year. It will be on Friday, June 16, at 3:30 p.m., at La Halte STQ, which overlooks the village of Tadoussac and offers a breathtaking panorama. Lysandre will also be performing The tour of the village (sold out) alongside Simon Lachance and Frenchwoman Yoanna, June 17, at 1:30 p.m.

Katia Rock

The multidisciplinary Innu artist is increasingly well known thanks to her album Uapen Nuta / Land of our ancestors, launched in June 2022. Her universe gives pride of place to folk rock music as well as the ancestral sound of her people, who is a proud representative of Maliotenam, on the North Shore. She will be performing on Friday, June 16, at 7:30 p.m., and on Saturday, June 17, at 9 p.m., on the Desjardins Stage.
