According to visitors, the design of the renovated establishments is not much different from the previous ones: red and white stripes and a capital letter in italics. The packaging is almost the same, only without the letters KFC. The menu also has not undergone major changes. Unless the names of two popular dishes have changed: instead of Twister and Boxmaster, you can now order Chef Roll and Rostmaster.
The Russian catering market was estimated in 2021 (more recent data is not yet available) at 2.8 trillion rubles. At the same time, 10% accounted for the top three. According to InfoLine, KFC was the leader in the number of establishments – 1086, followed by McDonald’s – 847 and Burger king – 808.
