On this Monday morning, 19 musicians aged 16 to 25, from South Korea, the United States, Australia and Bulgaria, are having breakfast in a magnificent living room, which has become a refectory for the occasion, at the Center of music Hindemith de Blonay. The discussions are going well, the atmosphere is joyful. But make no mistake: from 9 a.m., a studious atmosphere will invade the place.
