With a stop at L’Aigle (Orne) next Saturday, the festival of Orne Musical September is back from September 1 to 24.
This aims to promote the realization of cultural events in the department of Orne, through a classical music festival.
Over the years, the program has been enriched with chamber music, jazz, dance and world music.
A moment suspended within the church
At L’Aigle, the meeting is given at the Saint-Martin church, on the evening of Saturday 2 September.
The sextet, directed by Romain Leleu, “Instrumental Revelation” of the Victories of Classical Music in 2009, revisits Bach’s repertoire. A prodigious synthesis of the musical currents of the Baroque era, his music touches on the universal.
The works of the German musician always ring with a current resonance by suggesting joy, distress, daydreaming or hope.
Romain Leleu’s trumpet blends in with the strings, accompanying it, with Guillaume Antonini and Manuel Doutrelant on the violins; Alphonse Dervieux on viola; Caroline Boita on cello and Philippe Blard on double bass.
