At 2, rue de Belgrade, Delphine Alingrin and Ghislain Andrieu have joined forces to open the Maison Fine: a delicatessen and a cellar, which will soon be supplemented by a rotisserie activity.
“It’s a creation. The project was born a year ago, in everyone’s head”, explain Ghislain Andrieu and Delphine Alingrin, two friends who decided to join forces to open a new business.

At the corner of boulevard de la Mayolle and rue de Belgrade, the Maison Fine was born, “out of a passion for good products, and a desire to share them”. Cheeses, wines, fresh meat, charcuterie, eggs, bread, delicatessen products… “We wanted to bring change in terms of local products, whether local or outside the department. We had to taste everything and find the right suppliers. We visited many trade shows and fairs, and discovered cellars, oil mills… to bring the right products at the best prices, while respecting quality”, ensure the two partners. “Everything needed to make a good meal and a good aperitif is available to customers and the range of products is set to evolve. We are also planning a roaster activity very soon”.
The Maison Fine store is open Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
