A new study revealed that eating a large portion of processed meat can increase the risk of prostate cancer, according to “eat this, not that.”
In a study recently published in the Journal of European Urology, blood was taken from 12,000 people, and then those behind the study looked at those who were following a healthy lifestyle away from processed meat, exercising and not smoking, and found that they reduced the risk of infection. Prostate cancer kills 45% by following a healthy lifestyle.
