He was heard on September 21 by his peers for two separate cases. The first, for having sent an email to its patients during the opening of vaccination against Covid-19 for 12-18 year olds. He indicated that he was not in favor of it but explained that he would do it if a patient requested it. This position earned him a warning today.
The second affair earns him a reprimand, It dates back to December 2021. Doctor Pamart went to the bedside of a patient with respiratory difficulties when he was banned from practicing because he was not vaccinated. Grégory Pamart argued during the hearing that if he had not intervened, he would have been guilty of failing to assist a person in danger.
