Leicester (UK) (AFP) – A disappointing negative draw took place on the match between Leicester City and its guest Crystal Palace, Saturday, in the eleventh stage of the English Football League, as the first temporarily climbed from the bottom of the standings.
And Northern Irish coach Brendan Rodgers’ team raised its score to 5 points, equal to Nottingham Forest, which will later beat Wolverhampton.
Despite keeping a clean sheet, Leicester, with the worst defense so far (24 goals), might not reach its guest net.
The best possession was without James Madison and his companions scoring the goal, despite the introduction of veteran striker Jamie Vardy in the 65th minute.
Leicester, the 2016 champion, has only won an orphan in 10 matches, while Crystal Palace has 10 points from 9 matches.
In the most prominent matches on Saturday, Tottenham will play the third with Everton, the twelfth, while the stage will witness a summit match on Sunday between the defending champion and second-placed Manchester City with its eleventh host, Liverpool.
