In this new benchmark, the Dimensity 9300 was tested on the vivo X100 which will be announced on November 17th. The version has 16 GB of LPDDR5T RAM, 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage with Android 14 system.
The score recorded in AnTuTu was 2,249,858 points once morest 2,055,084 in the previous test, which means that this version of the Dimensity 9300 might be the final one.
For comparison purposes, the realme GT5 Pro’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 scored 2.13 million points, which means that both are almost tied in terms of performance.
The difference can be justified by the use of four Cortex-X4 cores in the MediaTek chip, while Qualcomm chose to use just one to increase energy efficiency.
On the other hand, it must be said that not all Dimensity 9300 cores have the same frequency. Only one runs at 3.25 GHz, while the other three are at 2.85 GHz, which should help maintain the vivo X100’s thermal control and autonomy.
Another difference in relation to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is the GPU, as MediaTek uses a 12-core Immortalis G720 instead of an Adreno 750. More details regarding the new chip should be revealed on November 6, when the Dimensity will be officially presented .
