Digitel users denounce that they are victims of a series of failures in the recharge service (+Tweets)

This Saturday, June 4, users of the Digitel telephone company denounced through social networks, specifically through Twitter, that they are victims of a series of failures in the recharge service of the Digitel platform.

As they indicate, in some financial entities, such as the Bank of Venezuela and Banesco, it would have been impossible for them to transfer money to their lines.

«In (the Bank) Venezuela Digitel does not appear to me and Banesco does not leave»answered Javier to another user with the same error.

“Digitel does not allow recharging on any platform, in @BcodeVenezuela it does not appear, in @Banesco it says in maintenance, @bancamiga cannot process through the web and in the POS code 10”noted the user peter medina.

“I am stretching the 0.87bs of balance that I have left because Digitel does not let me recharge”wrote the user Maria Valentina Balza.

“Does anyone know what happened to Digitel? that does not allow recharges »the user asked Vestalia.

“The platform is down and it is not only in the Venezuelan bank… The terrible thing regarding this company is that it does not have support, and it has not commented on it. #DIGITEL»said the user Erick Alarcon.

So far the operator has not made official announcements in this regard.
