How was Skydiving365 born?
After working in a dependency and freelance relationship, accumulating experience and thinking regarding computer solutions, the day came when, feeling fully prepared and with the strength of the skin, I decided to found Skydiving365, which in principle I wanted to be called something else. form, but it was impossible for me to register it with a name linked to Microsoft, since the intention was to specialize in their products, in terms of the digital transformation of companies.
We want our clients to have all their information in the cloud, and at the same time seek to go deeper into improving their performance through the systems. That’s why Sky, sky; diving diving and 365 refers to one of Microsoft’s most popular products.
How do you see Skydiving365?
At Skydiving365 we take the time and are committed to analyzing the needs of our temporary associate, contributing the knowledge acquired through constant interaction with other organizations, generating innovative ideas that promote sustained growth for the organization that hired us. I also see ourselves as a boutique consultancy, capable of providing that unique and exclusive custom-made item and client’s desire, no matter how much we have grown or continue to grow and in how many geographies we are already working.
What is your vision for the future?
In this new world it is important that organizations become strong from their culture and values. Beyond our highly committed team of professionals, at Skydiving365 we believe in PEOPLE as a competitive advantage in our business.
What does your experience tell you?
I tell you that, in some companies in the region, we have implemented a playful instance, a kind of contest to which we have invited all their collaborators to participate. Interested people ask what type of application they would be interested in developing and for what. Obviously, a certain number of people or work groups are selected to receive training, guidance and assistance from the Skydiving365 team, during a predetermined period of time and following that period, they must present what they have developed before a jury. Skydiving365 is much more than a supplier, it is a partner of the client.
