For the second 12 months in a row, the digital strategy of submitting functions for the VAT refund to particular standing farmers has began. Functions are submitted solely by way of the myAADE digital portal.
Specifically, the eligible farmers submit a declaration – utility for the refund of the entitled VAT quantity on the myBusinessSupport platform, on the route myAADE > Apps > Enterprise > myBusinessSupport.
When finishing the applying, the paperwork submitted to the myDATA platform by the beneficiary’s counterparties, as purchasers of the agricultural merchandise or as recipients of the providers of the particular standing farmer, are retrieved.
Upon completion of filling in and affirmation of the displayed data, the quantity requested for refund is obtained for the social gathering.
Refunds might be made at common intervals:
- to the IBAN account that the beneficiaries have declared within the Register & Contact on the myAADE digital portal, if the situations are met or
- by way of offsetting with any of their money owed.
In response to newsit, within the 12 months 2023, the primary 12 months of implementation of the above digital course of, 132,500 functions have been submitted – in comparison with 97,000 handwritten functions submitted to the DOU in 2022. The quantity of the refund amounted to 43,940,000 euros, which was paid into the accounts of the beneficiaries or offset in opposition to their tax obligations.
