- the PS5 and Series X versions showcase 2160p dynamic resolution and similar visual quality;
- on the Series S, the game runs at 1080p, but with a few drops. There is also a reduction in foliage density and geometry and a lack of motion blur;
- stable 60 FPS is given by the PS5 version (with small drawdowns);
- Series X has seen large FPS drops and stuttering issues. On Series S, FPS also drops, but much less “stuttering”;
- The first day patch for Xbox consoles caused various frametime and display issues with some in-game cutscenes.
- Atomic Heart picture on PC looks the highest quality and most detailed. Shader compilation, DLSS2 (and DLSS3 support) and FSR 1.0 are provided. Falls and stutters are less common than in most modern designs.
Atomic Heart is available now on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. Opinions of critics about the new product were divided, but in general it was received warmly. We are in “Gambling” also assessed the advantages and disadvantages of the project in a fresh review.
