The maximum price of a liter of B7 diesel will once more cross the bar of 2 euros on Tuesday at the pump, settling at 2.048 euros following an increase of 7.1 cents, said Monday the Directorate General Energy of the FPS Economy.
Fuel prices depend on fluctuations in the prices of petroleum products on international markets. They were pushed up by, among other things, the Russian invasion of Ukraine. By mid-March, the price of diesel had peaked at 2.286 euros per litre.
