The price of gasoline 95 (E10) will thus rise to 1.98 euros per liter while that of gasoline 98 (E5) will still remain well above 2 euros per liter, 2.15 euros more precisely. Prior to this drop, maximum gasoline prices had reached an all-time high at the start of the week.
Diesel (B7) is also down. It will take 1.96 euros per liter for this fuel, a drop of 6 cents.
The Energy Administration communicates that under the program contract relating to the maximum price of petroleum products (version 01/10/2006), from May 21, 2022 the following maximum prices – including VAT – will be in force for the following products:
