O Inbanco digital do Itaú, experienced instability for much of this Friday (17). According to user reports, the platform’s Pix system is down and it is not possible to complete transactions through the app.
Through your official profile on X (ex-Twitter), Iti confirmed the problems in its system and stated that it was working on a solution as quickly as possible. Several users took to the social network to complain regarding what happened to their accounts.

Until the publication of this article, Iti did not provide a forecast for the complete return of its Pix services. Some users even stated on X that the system had also gone offline on other occasions in recent days and demanded improvements to the application.
According to records on the Downdetector website, which monitors the availability of various digital services, Iti users began reporting problems in the early hours of this Friday (17th) and notifications continued throughout the day.
