During the last chapters of the series ‘Rigo’, which shows the history and career of this Colombian cyclist, the athlete was taken to perform military service. However, doubts remained regarding whether this event occurred in reality or if it was just the fiction of the TV program.
On different social networks, several of the series’ followers asked the Urrao cyclist if it was true that he had paid military service for catching him in one of the so-called ‘batidas’, while he was training.
To which ‘Rigo’ through his Instagram account published: “Mijitos, for all those who still have their doubts: the jewel in the crown, here uniformed from tip to tip.”
Without many details, he revealed a photo with the National Army uniform, but without giving details regarding the time he was in the battalion in Medellín.
