Al-Marsad newspaper: The pioneers of social media circulated a picture of the artist, Diana Haddad, in front of the Kaaba, while performing the Umrah rituals.
The photo puzzled many followers of the truth of the photo, as Diana was famous for being a follower of the Christian religion, because her full name is Diana Joseph Haddad, as confirmed on Wikipedia.
And “Layalina” website revealed that the picture is not new, as its original date dates back to June 14, 2017, while the artist performed the rituals of Umrah Ramadan this year, accompanied by her daughter.
Diana Haddad shared this photo in 2017 through her official accounts on social networking sites and wrote a comment on it: “May God accept our obedience and our life… Praise be to God, whose grace is good deeds are done, I pray for all of you.”
Diana converted to Islam many years ago with her marriage to Emirati director and businessman Suhail Al Abdoul in 1995, and the matter was kept secret for years, specifically until her mother’s death in 1999.
