2023-04-17 09:35:18

On the weekends of March 17 and 24, a small portion of Sanctuary was opened up to players around the world as part of Early Access and Open Beta. Over 61.5 million hours of gameplay, over 29 billion monster kills, and 2.6 million beta wolf packs earned.

Throughout the beta weekend, many people took the time to provide feedback.

The development team has studied them alongside game data. Using this information, Blizzard has made a series of changes and updates that will be present in the version of the game that will be released in June.

  • THE caves will now always drop a chest upon completion. The probability of a dungeon event triggering has been increased.
  • All the classes have been subject to adjustments regarding their various skills.
  • In all areas, dungeons have been optimized so that you don’t have to go back. Dungeon events are now more likely to occur.
  • THE boss such as T’chort, Malnok, Vhenard and others have been revamped to better accommodate the difficulty faced by melee characters, leading to changes to attacks and combat mechanics. The difficulty of the Butcher has also been re-evaluated and it will be a bigger challenge in World Tiers III and IV.
  • Various gameplay improvements have been made and all classes now have access to control skills with adequate cooldowns.
  • Several UI issues have been fixed, including displaying chat on the left side of the screen and replacing the Sans Serif font with a new Serif font.
