Diablo IV: battle pass, seasons and campaign content every three months | Xbox One

The success of the Diablo IV beta has shown players’ interest in the license, and nothing seems to be stopping the game from becoming a hit when it releases on June 6. More recently, the post-launch updates have been mentioned by the studio, here are some details.

Seasons are coming to Diablo IV

It is in the latest issue of GameInform that Joe Piepiora, associate game director spoke regarding the content that would be available following the game’s release.

We learn that big updates are planned every three months or so, with a new seasonal battle pass and story content to extend the story of Diablo IV.

The content available is not yet specified, but since we are talking regarding three months, we can deduce that the first season of Diablo IV will arrive around September, just for the start of the school year. And as you might expect, the Battle Pass will contain both free and paid content.

As a reminder, Blizzard recently detailed the endgame content of Diablo IV with a higher difficulty, nightmarish dungeons and new rewards.

Diablo IV will be available on June 6, 2023 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC as well as Xbox Series X|S and PS5.

Several editions are available on the Microsoft Store. If you prefer the physical format, Amazon currently offers the standard edition at a 25% discount. Recall that an Xbox Series X Diablo IV pack was also announced recently.
