American actress Devine Joy Randolph, who recently won several prestigious awards for her role in the movie “The Holdovers,” confirmed that she prefers not to take winning an Oscar for granted.

The 37-year-old actress, who recently won many awards, including the Golden Globe, Creative Choice Awards, and BAFTA, has a high chance of winning the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress at the upcoming celebration in regarding two weeks.

The star added to Agence France-Presse on the sidelines of the Spirit Awards for Independent Films the day before yesterday, in Santa Monica, California, “I don’t take anything for granted.” Honestly, that’s how I feel regarding the Oscars. “I am happy to be invited, nothing more, nothing less.”

She continued, “Seeing my dreams come true one by one is a surreal and very powerful moment.”

“The Holdovers” is competing for five Oscars, including Best Picture and Best Actor for Paul Giamatti.

The French film “Anatomy Don Shot” won the award for best international film, and “American Fiction” won the award for best screenplay.

Films with a budget exceeding $30 million are not nominated for one of the “Spirit” Independent Film Awards. Oppenheimer did not win any award at this cinematic event.
