US experts see falling morale ISW: Kiev’s attacks behind the front are wearing down Kremlin troops

According to the US think tank Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Ukrainian attacks on rear areas of the front are increasingly damaging the morale of Russian troops. The constant attacks threaten the ability of Moscow’s units to defend themselves in many important areas of the front, writes the ISW in its current situation report.
