Al-Marsad Newspaper: American cardiac surgeon, Alan Stewart, warned of a sudden sign that may occur upon waking up in the morning, indicating a stroke.
He pointed out, according to “bestlifeonline”, that if you woke up in the morning and found a weakness in your vision, the problem may be due to a stroke, and the symptoms appear in only one eye without pain.
The heart surgeon explained that strokes that occur in the brain lead to weakness, slurring of speech and loss of consciousness, and the reason for the occurrence of these symptoms is the blockage of the artery that supplies part of the brain with blood, and thus the artery becomes very narrow and does not allow blood to pass freely.
And Stewart added that this also occurs in the eye, which leads to a loss of blood flow to the retina. And when the blood flow is disrupted, immediate vision loss occurs.
