Detect a warning sign that occurs during sleep that indicates serious heart disease

Al-Marsad newspaper: A recent study conducted by the American Heart Association revealed that people who suffer from sleep disorders may develop serious heart disease.

According to Sky News, the study was conducted on a sample of 2032 people who monitored their sleep and wake-up times through smart watches on the wrist, to record detailed data regarding movement and oxygen level during naps.

And the results of the study concluded that people who slept restlessly and did not spend their nights quietly showed signs of a kind of atherosclerosis, and when this disease affects the human body, the artery wall becomes tainted with a number of deformities that affect the performance of its functions.

The study showed that people’s attention to the quality of their sleep during the night, would help in the prevention of atherosclerosis disease.
