Details of the “virtual hospital” rescue of a patient who had suffered a “stroke”

Al-Marsad Newspaper: The head of the “Virtual Neurology Department” at the Virtual Health Hospital, Dr. Saeed Al-Zahrani, revealed that the treatment of a critical case, “a stroke” of a patient, had been completed on the first day of the inauguration of the virtual hospital.

And “Al-Zahrani” explained in a video clip broadcast by “government communication” on “Twitter”, that the patient “came within four and a half hours in one of the peripheral hospitals,” noting that in other cases, the virtual health hospital team started it on the first day of its inauguration.

How to benefit from hospital services?

For his part, the medical director of the Virtual Health Hospital, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Hamoud, said: “There may be a question regarding how to benefit from the services of the Virtual Health Hospital,” noting that the hospital is “associated with 130 hospitals across the Kingdom.”

Al-Hamoud added: “If the beneficiary or patient arrives at one of these hospitals, all our specialized services are available, and most of the hospitals that benefit from the virtual health hospital on an ongoing basis are distinguished hospitals, but they lose some specialties.”
