Education is a right for all

Rules for providing prizes and incentives

Adoption of a unified model for the work contract of teachers in public and private schools, coordination between the relevant authorities in the fields of public education, submitting the academic calendar to the Council of Ministers, recommending its adoption following preparation by the Ministry, and determining the financial compensation for the issuance and renewal of licenses issued under this system.
It also contained an amendment to the age of compulsory education for the beginning of education as the upper limit, and the adoption of optional specialized educational paths that are in return for a fee, provided that this does not affect the right to obtain basic education free of charge.

The Ministry sets pathways for education in any of the basic education stages, determines the curricula and the mandatory and optional courses for each track, and organizes the controls for students’ transition between tracks.
Transfer of students between schools
The Ministry has the right to set vocational educational paths, and the Ministry also takes the necessary measures to facilitate the transfer of students between general education schools and vocational schools, in coordination with the relevant authority.
The Ministry is also working, in coordination with the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, each according to its competence, to develop programs to diagnose students, and early intervention to detect any defect in their physical or mental development, and to take the necessary measures towards each case, in line with their health needs. , social, and educational.
Providing lifelong learning
The Ministry prepares and develops the necessary programs to identify and care for gifted students, and this requires setting educational programs for classrooms or schools designated for the gifted, in addition to establishing enrichment educational centers for them, in coordination with the relevant authorities.
The Ministry provides appropriate programs and means for lifelong learning, such as; Electronic means, affiliation programs, neighborhood centers, home study, and other programs and means. The Ministry sets controls for issuing and approving certificates for students in lifelong learning programmes.
