Details of the launch of the “remote” inspection service for traffic accidents, “Belgium – Tire – Side”

Al-Marsad newspaper – SPA: The General Traffic Department, in cooperation with the Najm Insurance Services Company, is preparing to launch the first phase of a remote inspection service for minor traffic accidents (belg – pictures – side), starting today.

The General Directorate of Traffic stated that to benefit from the service, one of the parties to the accident requires insurance, and that there are no injuries or deaths, and that the location of the accident is within the spatial scope of Najm, through the Najm application (bulk – pictures – side), in order to avoid the occurrence of traffic density. resulting from accidents.

Through this initiative, the Najm application will turn into a primary channel for notifications and the completion of self-services, in line with the requirements of customers from any location and at any time, and contribute to facilitating post-accident services, reducing road congestion in the event of a traffic accident, and thus raising the level of Responding to individuals affected by accidents within an integrated digital system that keeps pace with the latest technologies and artificial intelligence services, while ensuring the highest levels of cybersecurity.

It is worth noting that the initiative targets all citizens, residents and visitors to the Kingdom, especially the youth and motorcyclists, and all of them will be communicated in an effective and sustainable manner through the social media platforms of all the supervisory authorities concerned with the implementation of this initiative, in order to ensure the quality of service and achieve traffic safety for all.
