Al-Marsad newspaper: An American woman of Pakistani origin was shot dead by her ex-husband, after she posted on Tik Tok a video clip in which she talks about her divorce from her ex-husband.

Sania Khan, 29, was killed in her home by her ex-husband, Raheel Ahmed, 36, after she started publishing the story of her divorce on social media. Police found Saniya with a gunshot wound to the back of the head on July 18.

The Pakistani photographer, who holds American citizenship, said in a video clip on Tik Tok, that she was very happy because of her divorce from her husband, a few weeks before the incident that occurred in the Streetville neighborhood of Chicago. She revealed that her marriage lasted less than a year, and told her followers that she is happy and excited to start her new life after her divorce.

She also told her 16,000 followers that she finally regained her independence, got her first tattoo, and moved from small town to big city.

According to police reports, Ahmed traveled from his home in Alpharetta, Georgia, feeling depressed and wanting to save his marriage, after watching a video of his ex-wife on Tik Tok.

But he killed her before he committed suicide with a live bullet. Sania’s body was found in front of the door of the house, while Ahmed’s body was found in the bedroom, according to the British Daily Mail.
