The police said in a statement that the youth was reported missing on January 27, 2023 at approximately 10 am.
Reportedly, the young man went out yesterday evening in the downtown area with his friends. And he went with a group to the East Ninth Street pier at regarding 2:30 in the morning to look at the water.
When the group left, the missing youth was said to have moved away within minutes and members of the group searched for him and were unable to locate him.
It reported that the young man is visiting America and is said to not speak English.
