Details of the death of an Egyptian pharmacist who had two wives who fell from the fifth floor… and a surprise about what happened minutes before the accident

Al-Marsad newspaper: The Egyptian security authorities are investigating the killing of a pharmacist named Walaa Zayed in his thirties, following he fell from the fifth floor in Helwan, south of Cairo.

According to the information, those who took the pharmacist to the hospital following he fell were a father, his brother-in-law and some of their relatives, and they all reported that he jumped from the fifth floor with a desire to commit suicide.

A security source revealed to “Sky News”, that in the meantime, the security services received a report from the pharmacist’s family accusing his wife’s family of killing him, and they reported that he sought help from his family and acquaintances before the incident.

The security source indicated that the pharmacist was working in Saudi Arabia, and before traveling there he had a dispute with his wife, and there he married a second woman.

And he added: “When his first wife learned in Egypt, she left the marital home and went to her family’s home. The pharmacist was on vacation in Egypt, and when the father of his first wife and her brother learned, they went to him at his home in Helwan, along with some of their relatives, claiming to solve problems.”

He added: “During this, an argument erupted and the wife’s family demanded that he divorce his second wife, and sign papers guaranteeing the rights of their daughter, and then the matter developed because he fell from the top and died.”

The Public Prosecution ordered an autopsy of the young man’s body to indicate the cause of his death.
