Social media featured publications from the royal ceremony’s preparations, praising the adherence to Jordanian customs and traditions at the ceremony, and some say that the Jordanian monarch was keen to leave his daughter Iman from his palace, as is the case with Jordanians.
Sources close to the Jordanian royal palace confirmed to Sky News Arabia that the ceremony will take place at six in the evening, Sunday, local time, in the Dabouq area in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
The sources said that the ceremony will be broadcast on all local media and digital platforms, a step that the pioneers of social media platforms considered enabling them to follow the expected ceremony.
The sources revealed that the details of the ceremony will take place in accordance with Jordanian traditions, as it will include the marriage contract “Books of the Book” and a dinner for the invitees, and that the attendance will be limited to the two families and other prominent personalities, whom the sources did not name.

Later, the Jordanian Royal Court confirmed, in a tweet on the Twitter platform, that the wedding ceremony will be broadcast on the court’s social media accounts at six in the evening.
Princess Salma
Sources close to the Jordanian royal palace revealed to Sky News Arabia that Princess Salma, Princess Iman’s sister, did not attend the henna ceremony last Tuesday due to her commitment to study at a university.
The sources point out that Princess Salma will participate in the wedding, which will be held on Sunday evening.

On Tuesday, Queen Rania Al-Abdullah held the first ceremony to celebrate the marriage of her daughter, Princess Iman, in the Husseiniya Palace, a “henna ceremony”.
The ceremony was attended by a number of Jordanian princesses, the fiancée of Prince Hussein bin Abdullah, Crown Prince, Rajwa Al Seif, and women from the local community.
The ceremony included traditional and popular Jordanian songs and instrumentals presented by Naya Band, which is considered the first female band in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
