Storage, packaging and mixing without authorization

The facility also violated the food system for committing a violation of practicing storage, packaging and mixing activity without obtaining the regulatory licenses, the presence of expired food products, violating the requirements of the food label regulation, and the spice product containing salmonella higher than the permissible limit in the technical regulations, and the spice product containing colors It is not allowed to add it, and it was fined for these violations, with a total of 76,000 riyals in fines.

Trading unlisted and spoiled products

The authority indicated that it also violated the facility, according to the beauty products system, for trading unlisted products and spoiled products because they contain a high percentage of bacteria and fungi that exceeded the maximum allowed in the list of safety requirements in cosmetics and personal care.
