Destinations Nature is full of new products

From March 14 to 17, 2024 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, a new edition of Destinations Nature will take place, the meeting place for fans of nature trips, hiking, outdoor activities and micro-adventures. This gathering allows you to find inspiration for future escapades in France or abroad and, also, this year to enjoy an adventure and vanlife film festival.

The Destinations Nature show is renewed with the launch of a festival which will screen a selection of 15 immersive films over 3 days, around various themes : the trail, trek, wide open spaces, cycling adventure, and the vanlife experience. It will welcome exceptional adventurers and an icon of
Mountain biking. The screenings will be followed by debates and discussions with the directors and key speakers.

The program also includes master classes to learn how to film the adventure and practical workshops. The Guinguette space will allow these exchanges to continue in a friendly atmosphere, for a moment with the big names in travel and the outdoors.

First films confirmed for the Festival:
SATURDAY : Sophie Planque & Jérémy Vaugeois we will present their film “Alaska Patagonia – The great crossing”.
Sunday : The Coflocs team will present “Vanlife: the new nomads”.

Novelties

A village with already more than 15 exhibitors.

An enlarged equipment village, enough to equip yourself with very technical equipment. The Old Camper makes his return.

The Salon Boutique, new for the 2024 edition will exhibit the brands Leki, Black Diamond, TSL, Guidetti, Lafuma,
Scott, Lacal, Swix, N&W Curve, Camp et Komperdell.

Training workshops aimed at developing the technical knowledge of adventurous visitors:
 – Make your water drinkable during his adventures
 – Recognize animal tracks in the middle of nature
 – Take successful adventure and landscape photos on your smartphone. This workshop will be led by Julien Lonewolf, photographer specializing in the Himalayas and author of the “Ultimate Guide for the Adventure Photographer”.
 – Prepare and organize your backpack for a bivouac outing
 – Choosing your bivouac equipment
 – Make a first aid kit for nature outings

The diversity village will bring together public and private actors and associations committed to the preservation of biodiversity. Located in the heart of the show, this space will be the place for discussion with visitors to raise awareness of respect for nature in the practice of their activities. It will be enriched with workshops for children, adults and conferences to participate in this environmental awareness.

necessary for a successful mountain adventure.
