With the theme “Connection that Matters”, Samsung Electronics highlighted its latest devices, innovations, platforms and sustainability efforts at this year’s IFA – Europe’s largest consumer trade show, held in Berlin, Germany.
From September 1st to 5th, visitors to Samsung’s booth were able to discover new connected experiences powered by SmartThings and explore how the company combines innovation with eco-conscious initiatives to build a better future for all.

Sustainability today for a better tomorrow
In the Sustainability area, visitors were able to discover the Net Zero Home, an eco-conscious future home, and learn regarding Samsung’s environmental efforts and technologies for future generations – including recyclable materials developed by the company, such as “r-ABS”. and the environmental impact of energy used in the home through Carbon Intensity Insight.
In September 2022, Samsung announced its new environmental strategy and committed to achieving company-wide carbon neutrality by 2050 and joining forces to fight climate change.
Simplify your daily routine with SmartThings
Samsung introduced SmartThings, the company’s expansive and fully integrated home ecosystem. This particular section of the booth highlighted how third-party devices with Matter or HCA support can be seamlessly connected to the advanced multi-device connectivity platform.
Enhancing your daily routine with a bespoke home
At the Bespoke Life booth, Samsung showcased sustainable and smart home appliances with unique customization options. In addition, visitors were able to get a hands-on experience with the latest Samsung appliances such as the BESPOKE AI™ Washer and Dryer, the Jet™ AI Vacuum Cleaner and the Bespoke Built-in Oven.
Vivid and bright experiences on display
Samsung’s booth presented the gamer monitor Odyssey Neo G9 and a line of 98 inch Super Big TVs. The Samsung Gaming Hub, featured on the brand’s Smart TVs, opens the door to cloud gaming, while the 2nd generation The Freestyle smart portable projector demonstrates new ways to entertain with a 28:9 aspect ratio for a complete cinematic experience.
Unleash the latest mobile innovations with the Galaxy Z series
Visitors to Samsung’s booth were able to experience the other side with the latest lineup of mobile devices unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked last July – the Galaxy Z Flip5, Z Fold5the line Watch6 e Tab S9.
