The German club, Borussia Dortmund, is looking to sign another replacement for its Norwegian striker, Erling Haaland, following signing the German international striker Karim Adeyemi.
“We are still trying to adapt here and there are talks going on, I think we still need to strengthen the attacking position,” Dortmund coach Marcus Rose said Thursday.
Rose did not respond to media reports that former Eintracht Frankfurt striker Sebastian Haller was close to joining Dortmund, coming from Ajax Amsterdam, with whom he has a contract until 2025.
Media reports also indicated that Hugo Eketke, the French striker, Stade Reims, and Adam Hluzyk, the Czech striker of Sparta Prague, are candidates to join Dortmund.

Dortmund, the runner-up of the current season, ends its Bundesliga campaign with its guest, Hertha Berlin, on Saturday.
Dortmund earlier signed defenders Nico Schlutterbeek and Niklas Zule from Freiburg and Bayern Munich, respectively.
