“We are pleased to receive the license for the Admiral Bundesliga as the top division in Austria for the first time and to meet the criteria of the Bundesliga. Despite receiving permission to play in the country’s highest league, the club is faced with a procedure that has been initiated. The reason: Possibly violation of license provision 4.4.1.4 (transfer revenue sharing) and delay in terms of non-submission of further documents. That passage says: Neither Licensee nor its Controlled Entity(s) may enter into any contract with any third party which gives any third party any right, in whole or in part, to any compensation due in the event of a future transfer of a Player from one club to another, or any rights granted in connection with a future transfer or transfer compensation (see Art. 18ter FIFA regulations).
“Will contribute to complete clarification”
It is said to be a contract from the autumn of last year. “The present agreement was drawn up with the involvement of a renowned law firm, subject to compliance with all necessary Bundesliga regulations. The fact is that the management and the board of directors have been working on this topic in the last few weeks and this agreement has already been dissolved by mutual agreement.
