Several media have reported for some time now that the striker has already agreed with Real Madrid.
PSG coach Luis Enrique has previously confirmed that Mbappé has decided to leave.
However, the former French national team defender Marcel Desailly is doubtful that Real Madrid is the right club for Mbappé.
– I have already said it (that if I were Mbappé) I would move to another continent, he tells BeIN Sport and continues:
Mbappé will not be number 1 in the way he wants to be.
– I’m not sure if Real Madrid is the perfect place for him to be. There is Vinicius Junior on the left wing, players who show great ability like Jude Bellingham (also). (Mbappé) will not be number 1 in the way he wants (to be).
Desailly advises Mbappé to make a completely different choice.
– Technically speaking, if you think about the football industry, I would go to Saudi to earn 350 million euros in one year, and come back next season, the year before the World Cup, he says.
Mbappé has scored 43 goals and provided ten assists in 46 competitive games for PSG this season.
The 25-year-old has scored 46 goals in 77 international matches for France.
