Moscow City Duma deputy and grandson detained Gennady Zyuganov Leonid Zyuganov. He didn’t pay for gas when he filled up the car.
Zyuganov was detained on the followingnoon of October 8, when he was driving in an Infiniti along Kutuzovsky Prospekt. The guy was shocked by the detention – for a long time he might not understand why the police officers needed him. It turned out that the matter was in unpaid gasoline.
On September 24, Zyuganov was filling up his car at the Rosneft gas station. The young man put his card to the terminal, did not wait for the payment and quickly left. Gas station workers remembered his car and contacted the police on the fact of theft. Two weeks later, the car of the grandson of the leader of the Communist Party was stopped by traffic police.
Zyuganov himself reports that he did not steal anything. He explained that he put the card to the terminal, waited for the beep and left quietly, while no one stopped him. Investigators are looking into the matter.
