Paso Yobai, IP.- The Vice Minister of Mines and Energy, Mauricio Bejarano, toured the Paso Yovai gold mining area in the department of Guairá. During his visit, he confirmed the support of the National Government and the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) as the implementing body, to all serious and responsible mining ventures that favor the development of the country.
The deputy minister travelled to the region to verify the prospecting, exploration and mining work carried out by companies with the relevant permits.
The head of Mines and Energy visited the facilities of the company Lampa, where he observed the entire exploration process and the opening of the mine from which the mineral is extracted, as well as the installation of the industrial plant.
He also received an explanation of the characteristics of the deposit and the possibilities of the operation in our country, which seem to be very promising. Bejarano confirmed the support for companies that invest in this type of work in the country.
