DEPUTY Minister of Manpower Afriansyah Noor invited business actors to take part in supporting government policies stated in the Decree of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 76 of 2024. This decision refers to the Guidelines for the Implementation of Pancasila Industrial Relations.

Afriansyah emphasized the importance of the company’s commitment to implementing Industrial Relations guidelines that prioritize Pancasila values ​​as a foundation for Entrepreneurs, Workers/Labourers, and the Government.

“In an effort to create harmonious and democratic industrial relations based on Pancasila values, Minister of Manpower Decree Number 76 of 2024 was issued,” said Afriansyah at the Groundbreaking event for the Construction of the PT Sun Bright Lestari Shoe Factory in Indramayu, West Java, on Thursday (2/5 ).

Afriansyah explained that Pancasila Industrial Relations prioritizes adaptive and collaborative principles through deliberation for consensus, kinship and mutual cooperation. These values ​​need to be revived by all parties, because they reflect the noble essence of nationality in all aspects of life.

“Pancasila Industrial Relations will be effective in reducing dynamics and turmoil in the field of Industrial Relations in Indonesia, as well as encouraging harmonious economic growth,” he added.

Afriansyah also emphasized the openness of the Ministry of Manpower to receive complaints, suggestions and constructive criticism. He asked for a commitment to resolve every problem through deliberation, so that Indonesia can show its dignity in global competition. #MIA (RO/Z-10)
