In statements to the official channel of the Chamber of Deputieslegislators from different political forces referred to the possibility of dealing with a new Rental Law in Congress.
Gabriela Lena, del block of the UCRexpressed that “what is intended is to repeal this law and to be able to give us a term to sanction a law” and considered that the debate should be “not only with all the legislators of the different political parties, but also that society can take part”.
For his part, Luis Di Giacomo, from We are Rio Negropointed out that “unfortunately the law, despite its good intentions, has failed completely” and, in this sense, he assured: “I think it should be repealed and a new formula should be sought.”
The deputy indicated that “there are several projects” and expressed: “I think we have to get to work and be able to agree on a project that is useful to society.” On this subject, the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Sergio Massa, he had already considered it necessary “to discuss a new rental law that gives certainty to the owner and guarantee and peace of mind to the tenant throughout the country.”
