depths

The depth of field and the echo of some devilish tracking shot by Kubrick, some glorious shot by Orson Welles. But it is not cinema nor does it belong to other latitudes: shot following shot, the photo tells us regarding Rocsen Multifaceted Museum, an indefinable wonder nestled in the landscape of Nono, Córdoba. The motley collection that is exhibited there corresponds well with the spaces that follow one another here: corridor, man who is alone and waits (framed between columns and fire extinguishers), employee, exit and window there, well in the background. Subtle art, where the color belongs to the man with the damaged leg and the portrait that appears to the left, honey-colored reflections from the beginning of the last century. Shadows and depth of field: Chinese boxes that open in unison; multiple histories, overlapping times, territories that speak to each other both when they intersect and when they run parallel.
