denounce millionaire debt of municipalities and organizations

Union advisers from the Neuquén Social Security Institute (ISSN) denounced that State organizations have a million-dollar debt with the organization in personal contributions and employer contributions.

“First they discount it to the workers and then they are breaking the law, they are collaborating with the institute’s deficit and the province’s treasury is in default, and in the event that the agencies do not pay they have to withhold remittances,” Susana said. Delarriva, ATEN trade union advisor at the ISSN, pointed out in dialogue with the program “Arranquemos” of RIO NEGRO RADIO.

He argued that, for example, the municipality of Neuquén owes contributions for March and April, although “an agreement was made these days and it is paying what it owes.”

He noted that the debt of EPEN, the municipality of Rincón de los Sauces, Villa El Chocón, Villa La Angostura and San Martín de los Andes draws attention.

“They are highly delinquent debts,” he indicated and affirmed that it is an amount of more than 1800 million.

“The funds that enter the ISSN do not belong to Gutiérrez, the administrator, or the Minister of Economy. They are funds that by law correspond to contributions that each one of us, male and female workers, make, in the case of social work, active and retirees as well, and in the pension fund, contributions made by workers who are active plus the employer contributions,” Delarriva said in the radio interview.

For what he noted, that for each worker who is active, the employer from different State agencies “must enter the ISSN, in addition to the contributions that our colleagues discount, the employer contributions, which is the part that corresponds to the pattern by law”.

Union representatives from ATEN, UPCN, ANEL, Siprosapune and Sejun will protest the situation at a press conference this morning at 10 a.m. at the doors of the building located at Calle Buenos Aires 353.

“The most critical situation is the pension fund, not the welfare fund,” said the union counselor, adding that “there is a deterioration in the balance of the relationship between the number of affiliates, which today is less than three assets for each retiree.”

In this regard, he added, that a provincial law is necessary that complements “the income in contribution and contributions of the employers with part of a treasury”:

He listed what contributes to the underfunding of the ISSN, the voracity of corporations, the imbalance and underfunding that the government of the province has done in the box, plus not paying in a timely manner “:
