Denny Cagur became one of the artists and comedians who followed his plunge into politics. There were noble reasons and long considerations before he finally chose to become a legislative candidate.
Denny admits that he has been very fond of politics for a long time. But this time there is a way for him to really wrestle the world.
He added that his 25 years of experience in the entertainment world might very well be a provision for him. Especially in terms of hard work and struggle.
“I like politics. I have been in the entertainment world for 25 years, struggling from scratch with all the limitations, now I feel that the previous problems and difficulties have been resolved. Thank God, the road has been opened,” said Denny Cagur when met at the FYP Trans7 studio on Friday ( 25/8/2023) ahead of this weekend.
Through the world of politics, Denny Cagur wants to make big changes. He reflects on the struggle he made for himself and his family, Denny feels that now he is able to do something that has a bigger effect on society.
Denny Cagur does not only want the benefits of his presence in the world to come from the jokes and entertainment he provides to the public. This time he wanted something more than that.
“Now I want to be able to do more within a larger framework. If all this time it was only for myself and my family, can I now be of use to many people?” added Denny Cagur.
Denny’s current focus is building his homeland in West Bandung. Entering the world of politics means accepting the challenge to do something big for his electoral area.
Denny Cagur is sure to face this challenge.
“A bigger framework in this case, can I make something for the land of my birth, Bandung Regency and West Bandung Regency,” he concluded.
