Demonstrations shake Iran and news of the fall of the city of Ashnoeh in the hands of protesters • Al-Marsad Newspaper

Al-Marsad newspaper: Angry demonstrations swept Iranian cities during the past hours, and there were reports that the Kurdish-majority city of Ashnoyeh had fallen into the hands of the protesters.

And local media reported that the protesters set fire to the house of two members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, in the city of Ashnoyeh, Azerbaijan Province, northwest of Iran.

Several clips circulating on social media platforms revealed that the demonstrators in the city of Alvand in Qazvin, northern Iran, blew up the security forces bus, and took complete control of the streets of Nizamabad neighborhood in Tehran, according to “Iran International”.

Pictures of the burning of the headquarters of the Basij forces in the Iranian city of Qom were also circulated.
