While the game was released 7 years ago, Ubisoft has just announced a new season of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. Called Demon Veil, this new season introduces Azami, a new agent, as well as a Team Deathmatch game mode and a new map.
Azami, the new defender, is equipped with a modified kunai, the Kiba Barrier, which clings to surfaces when thrown and which ggenerates a material capable of diffusing and transforming into an armored barrier. You will therefore have the possibility of filling the holes in the walls and floors.
After more than 3 years without a new card, Ubisoft chose to add the Emerald Plains this season. Set in Ireland, it will be available shortly following the season launch. Additionally, Demon Veil will offer players a new game experience: team deathmatch. This game mode will also allow the less seasoned to train with the different agents available.
The Demon Veil season will also include:
- The match replay function for console players
- The Balance Update for Goyo and Valkyrie
- An exclusive Elite skin for Nomad
- A new rewards program for R6Fix
- The need to enter a phone number to be able to play in ranked mode
Until March 28, players will be able to purchase the Year Pass which unlocks all four Seasonal Battle Passes. The latter will also allow 14-day early access to new agents.
