DeMar DeRozan still buzzing for the Bulls

DeMar DeRozan made NBA history by registering a new three-point basket on the buzzer on Saturday. The Chicago winger gave the victory to the Bulls on the Washington floor (120-119).

Former Toronto and San Antonio player DeMar DeRozan made an impression by signing a second buzzer beater in a row in two days, a first in NBA history. Larry Bird had achieved the feat in 1985 for the Celtics, but he had a day off between the two matches.

After scoring a 3-point basket in the last second once morest Indiana the day before, DeRozan did it once more on Saturday with another award-winning buzzer that gave the Bulls their seventh straight victory. ‘I don’t know if I’m dreaming or if it’s real now,’ he said following the meeting.

‘I’m there to take matters into my own hands whenever the time comes and I’m ready, that’s all I can do,’ continued DeMar DeRozan, author of 28 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists in a meeting which allowed the Bulls to seize only 1st place in the East.
