“Career promotions are a clear sign of our great confidence in the future of the company. They also testify for years to the success of our systematic policy of encouraging young talent,” says Reto Savoia, CEO of Deloitte Switzerland. “Each of those promoted has demonstrated exceptional skill. Together, they will play an essential role in the future of Deloitte Switzerland, while helping Swiss companies and administrations to face the future. At Deloitte, the growth strategy revolves around two main elements. On the one hand, we offer an attractive working environment which is characterized by continuous further training, a modern infrastructure and a very attractive customer portfolio. On the other hand, we invest in technology in a targeted and systematic way.”

The new partners appointed operate in the fields of consulting, accounting expertise, tax advice, financial and risk advisory services. From the start of the year, two partners from other Swiss organizations joined Deloitte Switzerland. In this case, the rapidly expanding generic field of sustainable development consulting has benefited from additional competence at the partnership level.

Associates who are promoted reflect the full diversity of Deloitte in terms of education, profession, culture, origin and sexual orientation. Almost a third are women.

And that’s not all: “Deloitte has long been committed to diversity and equal opportunity while attaching great importance to encouraging its next generation. We have big ambitions and accordingly have mentoring and development programs for our staff. We want to continue to optimize the promotion of our talents, and in particular that of women at management level. Given the number of extremely competent directors and senior managers, I am very confident regarding this,” says Reto Savoia.
