The United States Dell announced the new notebook computer “XPS 15/17” equipped with Intel’s 12th generation Core processor for overseas.

This new model adopts the “Core H series”, which is the 12th generation Core processor for notebook computers. This processor, which combines a high-performance core with a high-efficiency core, improves performance and power efficiency. It also features DDR5 memory support and Wi-Fi 6E support.
With the new XPS 15, you can choose from 12-core Core i5-1200H, i7-12700H, i9-12900HK, 16GB / 32GB / 64GB DDR5 RAM, 512GB / 1TB / 2TB NVMe SSD. In addition, the display can be selected from 15.6 inch / FHD and 4K resolution, DisplayHDR 500 / brightness 400 nit organic EL display, and the GPU can be selected from GeForce RTX 3050/3050 Ti. The minimum configuration price in Japan is 195,984 yen.
The new XPS 17 is equipped with a 17-inch / FHD resolution display, and you can also select a 4K display that is 100% Adobe RGB compliant / 500 nit brightness. For GPU, GeForce RTX 3060 Ti is available as an option, but in Japan, only New XPS 17 Platinum with RTX 3050 can be selected now, starting from 329,980 yen. The main unit price overseas is from $ 18,49 (regarding 230,000 yen).
The XPS series has been reborn with a new processor. I would like to expect that models with the same configuration as overseas will be introduced in Japan as well.
