Ingredients

To make this recipe, you need:

  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g of flour
  • 125 g coconut sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons of matcha powder
  • 1 yogurt pot of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of natural vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

The recipe step by step

Step No. 1: Pour all of your natural yogurt into a salad bowl.

Step No. 2: Add the 3 sachets of vanilla sugar as well as the coconut sugar. Mix everything.

Step No. 3: Break the 3 eggs and add them to the mixture.

Step No. 4: Pour the flour into your dough and add the entire packet of baking powder. Mix well once more so that there are no lumps. Add a pinch of salt.

Step No. 5: Divide your dough equally in two by pouring half into another bowl.

Step No. 6: In one of the two salad bowls, add the 3 teaspoons of matcha. If you feel that your dough is not sweet enough, you can add a teaspoon of agave syrup. Mix well. In your plain dough, add a tablespoon of vanilla extract.

Step No. 7: Fill a yogurt pot with vegetable oil and pour half of it into each bowl. Mix once more.

Step No. 7: In a mold, place a sheet of baking paper so that the dough does not stick.

Step No. 8: Pour your batter, alternating the matcha batter and the vanilla batter, which will create a marbled texture.

Step No. 9: Bake your cake at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove it from the oven when the tip of a knife comes out clean.
